These resources have been developed to support hospitals in our network by providing a care guideline. Our aim is to ensure that healthcare providers have access to clear and comprehensive information, facilitating better patient care and collaboration.

Children's Hospital of Illinois is also the host site for the Special Needs Resource Center. This is a resource for nurseries and organizations across the state that will provide over-the-phone and in-person consultation and guidance for proper car seat usage. They also offer a short-term loan program for specialty car seats such as car beds, orthopedic car seats, and ​larger seats for older children with medical or behavioral conditions.
